Morgane Gay

Whitman, Junior

Had best performances during championship season, placing first in the county (18:14) and second at the 4A West Region (19:14) and state (19:21) meets.

Kathy Aherne Northwest Junior

Consistent performer was sixth in county, seventh in region, 11th in state.

Taylor Colbert Damascus Sophomore

Placed in top 15 in all three championship meets: county, regionals and states.

Emma Eckerstrom Northwest Junior

Led Jaguars to county-best third place at states with sixth-place finish.

Louise Hannallah Churchill Junior

Last year’s top runner placed fourth at states, fifth at counties and sixth in 4A West Region.

Cara Harrison Quince Orchard Senior

Parlayed strong September into top-five finishes at counties, regionals and states.

Nora McCall Good Counsel Senior

Captured third straight WCAC title in 21:01 and finished fourth at private-school state meet.

Veronica Salcido Wootton Junior

Three-time All-Gazette performer ran ninth in region, 11th in county and 15th at states.

Ashlyn Sinclair Blair Senior

Strong final season included fourth-place finish at regionals and seventh at counties.

Halsey Sinclair Blair Senior

Capped stellar high-school career with three top-eight finishes, including 4A West Region title.

Quince Orchard, 5th Year

Pelkey’s Cougars broke Northwest’s three-year stranglehold on county championship and captured fifth regional crown in last six years. Also guided Quince Orchard to fourth-place finish at state meet.
