Montgomery The Washington Area New Auto Dealers Association elected Tamara C. Darvish chairwoman. Ruppert Nurseries of Laytonsville promoted Mike Lubitz of Mount Airy to controller. Lubitz joined the company in 2004 as assistant controller.
