Hospitality Services of Baltimore was selected by HMS Host of Bethesda to design food service areas and convenience stores for 23 travel plazas in Ontario.
PROPERTY
Washington Real Estate Investment Trust of Rockville sold the 85,000-square-foot Crossroads Distribution Center in Elkridge for $4.38 million. The trust, which acquired the industrial property in 1995, reported a net book gain of $1.6 million.
