County police reports

The following is a summary of incidents in the upcounty to which the Montgomery County Police responded recently. The words "arrested" and "charged" do not imply guilt.
Aggravated assault
- On Nov. 6 at 1 p.m., in the 12500 block of Great Park Circle in Germantown. The victim and male suspect were acquainted. The suspect struck the victim with a baseball bat.
Assault/attempted armed robbery
- On Nov. 8 at 9:45 p.m., in the 19700 block of Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown. The victim was assaulted by two suspects, but the victim was able to flee to his vehicle. Suspect No. 1 was described as a black male, 20-30, 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 pounds, ski mask. Suspect No. 2 was described as a white female, 20-30, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 110 pounds, long brown hair, handgun.
Residential burglary/vehicle theft
- 19900 block of Appledowre Circle in Germantown, between 11:15 p.m. and 11:23 p.m. Nov. 6. Forced entry, property and vehicle taken. A 34-year-old male from North Potomac was arrested.
Vehicle larceny
- 20000 block of Frederick Road in Germantown, overnight between Nov. 3 and Nov. 4. Forced entry to three vehicles, property taken.
- 11400 block of Appledowre Way in Germantown, overnight between Nov. 3 and Nov. 4. Forced entry to two vehicles, property taken.
- 11300 block of Halethorpe Terrace in Germantown, overnight between Nov. 3 and Nov. 4. Forced entry, property taken.
- 30 block of Appledowre Court in Germantown, overnight between Nov. 3 and Nov. 4. Forced entry, property taken.
- 11400 block of Flowerton Place in Germantown, overnight between Nov. 3 and Nov. 4. Forced entry, property taken.
- 13100 block of Briar Cliff Terrace in Germantown, between Nov. 2 and Nov. 10. Forced entry, property taken.
- 20000 block of Sweetgum Circle in Germantown, between Nov. 2 and Nov. 10. Vehicle parts taken.
- Unit block of Rockingham Court in Darnestown, at 6:14 a.m. on Nov. 8. Forced entry, property taken.
- 18900 block of Fountain Hills Drive in Germantown, at 6:14 a.m. on Nov. 8. Forced entry to two vehicles, property taken. A 19-year-old male from Montgomery Village, a 15-year-old male from Germantown and a 15-year-old male from Bowie were arrested. Other suspects were described as three black males and one Hispanic male, 15-16.
Commercial burglary
- The Tobacco Shack, 12615 Wisteria Drive in Germantown, at 4:51 a.m. Nov. 8. Forced entry, property taken.
- Summit Hall Turf Farm, 21300 River Road in Poolesville, between 2 a.m. and 2:15 a.m. Nov. 4. Forced entry, property taken. The suspect was described as a white male.
Residential burglary
- 20000 block of Frederick Road in Germantown, between 8:15 a.m. and 5 p.m. Nov. 2. Forced entry, property taken.
- 19300 block of Frederick Road in Germantown, overnight between Nov. 8 and Nov. 9. Forced entry, property taken.
- 12100 block of Island View Circle in Germantown, between 11:15 a.m. and 6 p.m. Nov. 4. Forced entry, property taken. The suspect was described as a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, mustache.
- 18000 block of Smokehouse Court in Germantown, between 9:45 p.m. Nov. 4 and 7:45 a.m. Nov. 5. Forced entry, property taken. The suspect was described as a 24-year-old male, unknown residence.
- 18900 block of Beallsville Road in Beallsville, between 7:50 a.m. and 5:50 p.m. Nov. 10. Forced entry, property taken.
