The work that is being done to Montrose Road starting at Interstate 270 and seemingly ending at Rockville Pike shall create the biggest bottleneck and traffic congestion this area has ever seen. Who thought of this fiasco?

I cannot see how these "improvements" are going to create any kind of a dynamic flow of traffic and ease congestion of any kind.
