Center City
Nov. 1
12:41 a.m., DUI/DWI Arrest. Kenilworth Avenue at Old Calvert Road. Eduardo Vidal Hernandez, 22, of the 5400 block of 55th Place in Riverdale, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol among other charges, after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.
Burglaries
Nov. 2
4:08 p.m., Burglary. 6900 block of Lady Anne Court. A cat feeding bowl was taken.
Empirian Village/Beltway Plaza/Greenbelt Metro/Capitol Office Park
Oct. 30
10:49 p.m., DUI/DWI arrest. Springhill Drive and Springhill Terrace. Gerson Manases Marroquin, 34, of the 6100 block of Springhill Terrace was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges, after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.

4:59 p.m., Concealed dangerous weapon arrest. 6000 block of Greenbelt Road. A resident juvenile was petitioned for possession of a concealed dangerous weapon. The suspect was released to a parent pending action by the Department of Juvenile Services.
Nov. 2
1:34 p.m., Vandalism. 9000 block of Breezewood Terrace. Window screens were damaged.
Nov. 3
5:10 p.m., Vandalism. 6100 block of Springhill Terrace. A resident juvenile was petitioned for malicious destruction of property after throwing rocks at a building. The suspect was released to a parent pending action by the Department of Juvenile Services.
Nov. 4
8:15 p.m., Vandalism. 9100 block of Edmonston Road. Springhill Terrace. A rock was thrown through a window.
Drug violations/arrests
Nov. 2
9:15 p.m., Drug arrest. Greenbelt Road at 60th Avenue. James Dovel Mullane III, 24, of 6 Parkway, and Vincent Michael Osborne, 25, of 9 Southway, were arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, after a traffic stop. Both suspects were released on a citation pending trial.
Robberies
Nov. 3
7:40 p.m., Robbery. 6000 block of Springhill Drive. The victim was approached by two suspects, who displayed a handgun and demanded money. The suspects took the victim's wallet and fled on foot. The suspects are described as black males wearing all dark clothing.
11:04 p.m., Strong Arm Robbery. 5800 block of Cherrywood Lane. The victim was approached and assaulted by three suspects, who demanded the victim's property. The suspects fled on foot and are described as three black males, with one wearing an orange coat.
Nov. 4
1:32 a.m., Robbery. 6100 block of Breezewood Court. The victim was approached by a suspect, who displayed a handgun and demanded money. The suspect took the victim's money and fled on foot. The suspect is described as a black male, 35-years-old or older, wearing an olive colored coat and cap.

Nov. 3
2:29 a.m., DUI/ DWI arrest. Greenbelt Road at Route 295. Paul Burgess, 58, 6900 block of Hanover Parkway was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol and driving without a license, among other charges, after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.
Automotive crime, recovered stolen vehicles, vandalisms to, thefts from, and attempt thefts from vehicles were reported in the following areas: (stolen vehicle entries include description).
Nov. 1
Recovered stolen vehicle. 9000 block of Breezewood Terrace. A 2002 Dodge Intrepid was recovered in the 500 block of Ridge Road, SE, Washington, D.C. No arrests were made.
Nov. 3
Recovered stolen vehicle. Greenbelt Road at Kenilworth Avenue. A green 1997 Subaru Outback, reported stolen through Riverdale Park Police, was recovered. No arrests were made.
Nov. 4
Attempt theft of vehicle. 9100 block of Edmonston Court.
Vandalism. Market Lane at Springhill Lane. A rock was thrown through a car window.
Theft from auto. 5800 block of Cherrywood Terrace. A laptop and camcorder were taken.
Theft from auto. 5800 block of Cherrywood Lane. A Maryland tag was taken.
