Rockville city police reports

The following is a summary of incidents to which Rockville City Police responded during the past few weeks. The words "arrested" and "charged" do not imply guilt.
Illegal Drug Arrests
-Oct. 29, 1:54 a.m., Jorge Alberto Anzora Jr., 18, of Silver Spring, Jonathan Alberto Gutierrez, 19, of Silver Spring, and Jasmin Flores, 20, of Rockville were arrested for alleged possession of alcohol under the age of 21 following a complaint in the 400 block of North Horners Lane. Anzora was also charged with possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana). Anzora was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing. Flores and Gutierrez were issued citations and released.
-Oct. 29, 9:11 p.m., James Curtis Avant, 62, of Glen Dale was arrested for alleged possession of paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 12900 block of Atlantic Avenue. He was issued a criminal citation and released.
Arrests
-Oct. 25, 10 p.m., Daniel Joseph Hresko, 45, of College Park was arrested for alleged second-degree domestic assault following a complaint in the 1300 block of Coral Sea Drive.
Theft Arrests
-Oct. 26, 6:41 p.m., male juvenile, 13, of Rockville was arrested for alleged shoplifting following a complaint in the 1200 block of Rockville Pike. He was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released to the custody of his mother.
-Oct. 28, 10 a.m., Fanta Aliou Macalou, 32, of Gaithersburg was arrested for alleged theft following an incident that occurred between Sept. 17 and Oct. 27 1300 block of Piccard Drive.
Burglary Arrests
-Oct. 26, two male juveniles, 11, a male juvenile, 13, and a male juvenile, 12, all of Rockville, were arrested for alleged second-degree burglary, alleged theft and alleged malicious destruction of property following an incident that occurred on Oct. 16 in the 5900 block of Ridgway Avenue. All juveniles were transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released to the custody of their parents.
Auto Theft Arrests
-Oct. 27, 4:30 a.m., Jonathon Ariel Morin, 20, of Rockville was arrested for alleged auto theft and alleged malicious destruction of property following a complaint in the 900 block of Farm Haven Drive.
DUI Arrests
-Oct. 27, 12:30 a.m., Claudia Heiskell Neal, 64, of Rockville was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Twinbrook Parkway and Parklawn Drive.
-Oct. 27, 1:37 a.m., Melissa Ann Temple, 21, of Rockville was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following an accident at the intersection of Veirs Mill Road and Okinawa Avenue.
Other arrests
-Oct. 29, 1:25 a.m., Arthur Franklin Bruce III, 29, of Damascus was arrested for alleged public intoxication and alleged trespassing following a complaint in the 400 block of Blandford Street.
-Oct. 31, 3 a.m., Pastora Alisia Barillas, 18, of Rockville was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct following a complaint at the intersection of Frederick Road and Indianola Drive.
Thefts
-Oct. 24, between 7:59 and 8:04 p.m., 300 block of North Stonestreet Avenue, unknown person(s) removed four radiators from an auto repair business.
-Between Oct. 24 and 25, unit block of Dale Drive, unknown person(s) removed money, Canadian currency and two wallets from three unlocked vehicles.
-Between Oct. 25 and 26, 700 block of South Stonestreet Avenue, unknown person(s) removed a steering wheel and airbag from an unattended vehicle.
-Oct. 29, 5:18 p.m., 800 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) removed several hundred bonus coupons from a grocery store.
-Oct. 29, between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m., 200 block of Richard Montgomery Drive, unknown person(s) removed a cell phone from an unattended backpack at a school locker room.
-Oct. 30, between 2 and 6 a.m., 100 block of Talbott Street, unknown person(s) removed a GPS system and a check from an unattended vehicle.
-Oct. 30, between 2 and 8:30 a.m., 300 block of Fallsgrove Drive, unknown person(s) removed two GPS systems from two unattended vehicles.
Burglaries
-Between Oct. 15 and Nov. 1, 1100 block of Maple Avenue, unknown person(s) gained access to an attached storage unit through an unlocked door at a residence and removed a bicycle.
-Oct. 24, between 9:15 and 9:21 p.m., unit block of Southlawn Court, unknown person(s) attempted to gain access through an unlocked rear door to a business, but a building alarm sounded.
