A Germantown man accused of sexually assaulting women while they were unconscious at his apartment has pleaded guilty to several sex offense charges.
Eric David Rose, 32, of the 1800 block of Chalet Drive pleaded guilty to three counts of fourth-degree sexual offense in Montgomery County Circuit Court on Friday, according to Seth Zucker, spokesman for the county State's Attorney's Office, and an online state court records database.
Rose was charged in March after three women, ages 19 to 24, told police that they had lost consciousness after drinking beverages provided by Rose at his home, according to police charging documents. One woman said Rose was having intercourse with her when she woke up, the other two said he touched them inappropriately, the documents state. The incidents occurred between September 2007 and March.
"My client is just glad that this ordeal is over," Rose's attorney, James A. Shalleck, said Monday.
Rose was indicted on one count of second-degree rape and one count of third-degree sexual offense in May, according to the database.
He is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 5, Zucker said.
