Power Marketing & Advertising of Hagerstown won two awards in the 2010 BSC Excellence in Home Design and Marketing Awards from the Building Systems Councils of the National Association of Home Builders.
MetroPointe, a mixed-use apartment community located in Wheaton that was co-developed by Bozzuto Development Co. of Greenbelt and the Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission, was named "Mixed Income Project of the Year" by Multifamily Executive Magazine.
