Oct. 23
1:16 p.m., Vandalism. 9100 block of Edmonston Court. Graffiti was found on the walls.
1:16 p.m., Vandalism. 5800 block of Cherrywood Terrace. Graffiti was found on the walls.
Oct. 27
4:11 p.m., Vandalism. 6000 block of Springhill Drive. A window was broken.
Oct. 28
7:02 p.m., Vandalism. 6200 block of Breezewood Court. A window was broken.
Drug violations/arrests
Oct. 28
1:45 p.m., Drug arrest. 5800 block of Cherrywood Terrace. Two juvenile residents were petitioned for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspects were released to their parents pending action by the Department of Juvenile Services.
Robberies
Oct. 25
10:51 p.m., Strong arm robbery. 6000 block of Springhill Drive. The victim was approached and assaulted by three suspects, who took the victim's wallet and fled on foot. The suspects are described as three black males, one of which was 25 to 30 years old, 5'9", with a medium build.
Center City
Oct. 26
9:12 a.m., Vandalism. 13 court Hillside Road. Graffiti was found on the tunnel walls.
Greenbelt East
Oct. 24
3:37 a.m., DUI/DWI arrest. 6900 block of Hanover Parkway. Mario Jimenez Dominguez, 31, of the 9000 block of Contee Road in Laurel was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.
Automotive crime, recovered stolen vehicles, vandalisms to, thefts from, and attempt thefts from vehicles were reported in the following areas: (stolen vehicle entries include description).
Oct. 23
Theft from auto. 5800 block of Cherrywood Terrace. A Maryland tag was taken.
Oct. 24
Vandalism. 9100 block of Springhill Court. A car window was broken out.
Oct. 25
Theft from auto. 6200 block of Edmonston Road. A seat and a laptop were taken.
Oct. 26
Theft from auto. 5800 block of Cherrywood Lane. A temporary tag was taken.
Stolen Auto. 7800 block of Mandan Road. A gray 2007 Honda Accord was taken.
Oct. 27
Recovered stolen auto. 7800 block of Mandan Road. Edmonston Police Department recovered a gray 2007 Honda Accord in the 5100 block of Buchanan Street. No arrests were made.
Theft from auto. 8400 block of Canning Terrace. A laptop was taken.
Attempt theft from auto. 8400 block of Canning Terrace.
Attempt stolen vehicle. 9100 block of Edmonston Road.
Oct. 28
Recovered stolen tag. 6300 block of Golden Triangle Drive. A vehicle tag was recovered by East Brunswick, N.J., Police Department. No arrests were made.
Theft from auto. 5800 block of Greenbelt Road. A laptop was taken.
Oct. 29
Vandalism. 7800 block of Hanover Parkway. Car windows were broken out.
Recovered stolen tag. 9100 block of Edmonston Road. A Maryland tag, reported stolen through Montgomery County Police Department, was recovered. No arrests were made.
