The Greater Mt. Airy Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual membership drive, featuring a raffle and refreshments, from 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 12 at Century Ford, Dodge, Chrylser, Jeep, at 302 Century Drive, Mount Airy.
Raffle prizes, donated by the Mount Airy Wal-Mart store and M&T Bank, include Baltimore Ravens tickets and a global positioning system unit. The event will be catered by Mt. Airy Tavern, with other refreshments donated by Town Grill and Costco, according to chamber president Aaron Kahn.
Kahn said the event provides a one-time chance for prospective and current members to join or renew their membership at a discounted rate of $70 instead of the normal $95.
