Feldman backed in Dist. 15

I want to commend Del. Brian Feldman (D-Dist. 15) for his leadership in promoting our state’s emerging biotechnology sector by gaining passage of the state’s first tax credit for investing in early-stage biotech companies. The program began this year and many of our smaller biotech companies are already reaping tremendous benefits from the availability of this credit as they seek to attract scarce investment dollars.
