The following is a summary of incidents to which Rockville City Police responded during the past few weeks. The words "arrested" and "charged" do not imply guilt.
Assault Arrests
-Oct. 12, 9:40 p.m., Jocelyn Causey Guthrie, 40, of Rockville was arrested for alleged second-degree domestic assault following a complaint in the 600 block of Crocus Drive.
-Oct. 14, 8 p.m., Yu Bin Liu, 27, and Thomas Bin Yu, 37, both of Rockville, were arrested for alleged second-degree domestic assault following a complaint in the 200 block of East Argyle Street.
Robbery Arrests
-Oct. 8, 5:40 p.m., Jose Manuel Rubio, 27, of Silver Spring was arrested for alleged strong-arm robbery following a complaint in the 2100 block of Veirs Mill Road.
DUI Arrests
-Oct. 13, 1:34 a.m., Brenda Elisabel Bonilla, 24, of Silver Spring was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Wootton and Preserve parkways.
Other arrests
-Oct. 13, 8 p.m., Mary Theresa Nyanchoka, 51, of no fixed address, was arrested for alleged trespassing following a complaint in the 400 block of First Street.
-Oct. 16, 1:43 a.m., Miriam Delourdes Munguia, 22, of Rockville was arrested for allegedly permitting noise disturbance following a complaint in the 400 block of North Horners Lane. She was issued a criminal citation and released.
-Oct. 17, 12:25 a.m., Manuel Antonio Martinez, 18, of Rockville was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 1800 block of Lewis Avenue.
-Oct. 17, 3:08 p.m., Mary Theresa Nyanchoka, 51, of no fixed address, was arrested for alleged trespassing following a complaint in the 800 block of Rockville Pike.
Thefts
-Oct. 9, between 10 and 10:10 a.m., 12400 block of Twinbrook Parkway, unknown person(s) removed a drum machine from a music store.
-Oct. 11, between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m., 100 block of Gibbs Street, unknown person(s) removed two wallets containing bank and credit cards, money, a driver's license, photos and an electronic dictionary from a purse in a back room at a retail store.
-Oct. 12, between 4 and 4:45 p.m., 1600 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) removed a wallet from a purse that was left unattended in a shopping cart at a retail store.
-Oct. 13, between 6 and 6:06 p.m., unit block of Maryland Avenue, unknown person(s) removed a backpack containing a wallet, money, a calculator, a gift card, miscellaneous school supplies and a clarinet mouthpiece that was left unattended on a table at a library.
-Oct. 14, between 2:07 and 2:08 a.m., 1700 block of Glastonberry Road, unknown person(s) removed a purse containing a designer hair brush, a driver's license, a passport, assorted make-up and perfume from a locked vehicle.
-Oct. 14, 6:35 p.m., unit block of Mannakee Street, unknown person(s) removed a laptop from a table at the college cafeteria.
-Between Oct. 14 and 15, 7400 block of Westmore Road, unknown person(s) removed an in-dash stereo system from an unattended vehicle.
-Oct. 15, between 6 and 7:15 a.m., 300 block of Martins Lane, unknown person(s) removed a wallet containing a driver's license, money, a checkbook and three bank/credit cards from an unlocked locker at a swim facility.
-Oct. 15, between 7:10 and 7:18 a.m., 900 block of Gaither Road, unknown person(s) a wallet containing two credit cards, a driver's license and a cell phone from a purse in an unlocked vehicle.
-Between Oct. 15 and 16, 100 block of Watkins Pond Boulevard, unknown person(s) removed two pairs of designer sunglasses from an unattended vehicle.
-Between Oct. 15 and 16, 600 block of Ivy League Lane, unknown person(s) removed three pool cues, a pool cue case, a cell phone charger and several CDs from an unattended vehicle.
-Between Oct. 16 and 17, 300 block of Congressional Lane, unknown person(s) removed a GPS charger and mount from an unattended vehicle.
-Between Oct. 16 and 17, 1900 block of Piccard Drive, unknown person(s) removed a GPS system and a cell phone charger from an unattended vehicle.
-Between Oct. 16 and 17, 900 Grand Champion Drive, unknown person(s) removed a GPS system from an unattended vehicle.
-Oct. 17, between 11:40 a.m. and 1 p.m., unit block Maryland Avenue, unknown person(s) removed a purse containing a cell phone, a wallet, a driver's license, credit cards and money that was left unattended on a table at a library.
-Oct. 18, between 12:05 and 2:15 p.m., 600 block of Great Falls Road, unknown person(s) removed a purse containing a wallet, credit/debit cards, a driver's license, a store card and money from an unattended vehicle.
Burglaries
-Oct. 16, between 5:30 and 6:19 p.m., 5900 block of Ridgway Avenue, unknown person(s) gained access by breaking two windows on two portable classrooms and removed two violins and a baritone.
