Constellation Energy Group of Baltimore promoted Jonathan W. Thayer to CFO and Charles A. Berardesco to general counsel. Previously, Thayer, 37, was vice president and managing director of corporate strategy and development. Before joining Constellation, he worked for Deutsche Bank Securities and SBC Warburg Dillon Read. Thayer succeeds John R. Collins, who will be an adviser and continue as chairman of Constellation Energy Partners.
