Dancers from the Bolivian dance troupe Tinkus Tiataco rile up the crowd for their performance at the second annual World of Montgomery Festival, held on "your perfect fall day" Sunday in Wheaton, according to organizer Bruce Adams. Tinkus Tiataco was one of the more popular acts at the free county festival, which celebrates the world that has come to Montgomery County to live, Adams said. Adams estimates almost 4,000 people from across the county got to know each other and their respective cultures at Sunday's festival.
