Bill Me Later of Timonium, which provides online bill-paying services, was acquired by eBay of San Jose, Calif., for about $820 million in cash and $125 million worth of outstanding options. EBay plans to combine Bill Me Later with its PayPal division.
Omega Healthcare Investors of Timonium, a real estate investment trust, closed on $40.0 million of new investments with Guardian LTC Management Inc., an existing operator of the company, involving the sale and leaseback of three skilled nursing facilities and a continuing care retirement community, all in Pennsylvania.
TVI Corp. of Glenn Dale received a $3.5 million follow-on order from the Army for C2A1 filter canisters for gas masks.
Gryphon Technologies of Greenbelt won a $17 million Navy contract to provide expeditionary warfare programs in maintenance, modification, repair, trial support and strategic sea-lift programs.

First Potomac Realty Trust of Bethesda acquired two properties from affiliates of General Growth Properties: Rivers Park I & II, a six-building, 306,656-square-foot flex-office property in Columbia, for $42.3 million in cash; and Triangle Business Center, a four-building, 73,456-square-foot flex-office property in Baltimore, for $4.5 million in cash.
UniStar Properties of Bethesda purchased 1536 Genesis Road, Crossville, Tenn., a Class A distribution center-warehouse office facility in a foreign trade zone, for $30.7 million. The building, with 671,000 net rentable square feet on 54.43 acres, is fully leased by CoLinx LLC.
