Bethesda area police report Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2005 The following is a summary of incidents in Bethesda to which Montgomery County police responded recently. The words ‘‘arrested” and ‘‘charged” do not imply guilt.
Underage alcohol party
*On Sept. 21: At 12:18 a.m., 26 juveniles were issued citations charging them with possession of alcohol by a minor. The incident took place in the 5300 block of Willard Avenue in Chevy Chase.
Commercial burglary
*Bethesda Community Store, 8804 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda, between 5 p.m. on Sept. 20 and 1:48 a.m. on Sept. 21. Forced entry; property taken.
Residential burglary
*10300 block of Parkwood Drive in Kensington, between 6 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on Sept. 21. Forced entry; unknown property taken.
*8700 block of Brierly Court in Chevy Chase, between 6 and 11 p.m. on Sept. 21. Forced entry; unknown property taken.
*2300 block of Blaine Drive in Chevy Chase, between 8 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. on Sept. 26. Forced entry; property taken.
*1900 block of Rosemary Hills Drive in the Rosemary Hills area of Silver Spring, between 2 and 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 22. Forced entry; nothing taken.
*7400 block of Lynnhurst Street in Chevy Chase, between 10 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. on Sept. 23. Forced entry; property taken.
*5500 block of Thornbush Court in Bethesda, at 8:36 p.m. on Sept. 21. Forced entry; nothing taken.
*3400 block of Oberon Street in Kensington, at 3:25 p.m. on Sept. 25. No forced entry; property taken.
