I have a solution to the problem of Frederick County’s landfill, which they estimate will be full by 2010: mandatory recycling.

Instead of traveling to Europe to inquire about getting an incinerator in Frederick, let's have the commissioners fly to Minneapolis, where residents are fined if they do not recycle.

This is the only answer. We have laws for speeding, for safety reasons. We have laws for drinking and driving, for safety reasons. We need a law for mandatory recycling, for safety reasons, and to save Earth.

This is the only answer. Incinerators, which cause more pollution and problems, are not the answer.
