The death of a Langley Park-area man whose body was found in a wooded area in Upper Marlboro in August has been ruled a homicide by the state medical examiner's office in Baltimore.
At about 3:55 p.m. on Aug. 16, officers found the body of Hugo Migdael Cambara-Zuniga, 28, of the 1000 block of Merrimac Drive, lying in the 14300 block of Oak Grove Road, said Prince George's County Police.
Homicide detectives have not yet released details on the nature of Cambara-Zuniga's death, county police spokesman Evan Baxter said.
When Cambara-Zuniga's body was found it showed no obvious signs of trauma, such as gun shot or stab wounds, Baxter added.
Anyone with information can call the police department's homicide unit at 301-722-4925 or anonymously at 1-866-411-8477.
Officials are offering a cash reward for a tip that leads to the arrest and indictment of a suspect in the case.
