City police reportThe following is a summary of incidents to which Rockville City Police responded during the past few weeks. The words ‘‘arrested” and ‘‘charged” do not imply guilt. Illegal Drug Arrests *May 24, 8:50 p.m., David Michael Clodfelter, 23, of Gaithersburg was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana), alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia and allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of First Street and Wootton Parkway. *May 24, 11:12 p.m., Christian Aguilera, 24, and Algernon Anthony Johnson, 23, both of Rockville, were arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance marijuana following a noise complaint in the 700 block of Fallsgrove Drive. *May 25, 1:12 a.m., Elliot Alexander Small, 57, of McLean, Va., was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) following a noise complaint in the unit block of Elmcroft Court. *May 31, 4:40 p.m., Jeisson Giovanny Paez-Gaona, 22, of Rockville was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (opium) following a traffic stop at the intersection of Robert Road and Lawrence Drive. During the investigation it was discovered that Paez-Gaona had an outstanding warrant through Montgomery County Police. Assault Arrests *June 1, 11:11 p.m., Jorge Fernando Saravia, 31, of Silver Spring was arrested for alleged domestic aggravated assault following a domestic violence complaint in the 800 block of Carter Road. Theft Arrests *June 1, 10:15 a.m., Verbrena Quinn Ramsey, 42, of Rockville was arrested for alleged theft following a complaint in the unit block of Maryland Avenue. DUI Arrests *May 18, 11:50 p.m., Jose Ernesto Rivera, 33, of Sterling, Va., was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Rockville Pike and Twinbrook Parkway. *May 27, 10:40 p.m., Long Ngoc Le, 34, of Wheaton was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Veirs Mill and Woodburn roads. *May 28, 3:20 a.m., Diego Arturo Correa, 30, of Germantown was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop that resulted in a foot pursuit near the intersection of Frederick Road and Indianola Drive. *May 29, 12:55 a.m., Amin Malouf Matabaro, 36, of Hyattsville was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic accident at the intersection of Rockville Pike and Park Road. *June 2, 9:32 p.m., Osmel Parada Alvarenga, 33, of Rockville was arrested for allegedly driving while the under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Edmonston Drive and Wade Avenue. Thefts *Between May 23 and 24, unit block of Wood Lane, unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop from an office. *May 28, between 7 a.m. and 2:55 p.m., 1800 block of East Jefferson Street, unknown suspect(s) removed jewelry, money and a camera from a nursing home. *May 30, between 3:30 and 5 p.m., 300 block of Martins Lane, unknown suspect(s) removed a backpack containing a cell phone, money, clothing and a key from an unlocked locker at a swimming facility. *Between May 30 and 31, 5600 block of Pier Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a navigational system from a locked unattended vehicle. *Between June 2 and 3, 1700 block of Redgate Farms Court, unknown suspect(s) removed a purse containing a wallet, a driver’s license, several debit⁄credit cards, cosmetics, money, keys, a checkbook and identification cards from a residence. *June 30, between 5 and 5:15 p.m., 1700 block of Rockville Pike, unknown suspect(s) removed a cell phone from a retail store. Burglaries *Between May 20 and 26, 700 block of Crabb Avenue, residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access through a door of a detached garage and removed an air conditioner, a telephone, electrical panel cover, assorted tools and a fire extinguisher. *Between May 29 and 30, unit block of Church Street, commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by prying open the front door of an office. Nothing taken.
