The Hyattsville-Mount Rainier-Brentwood Boys and Girls Club is holding registration for football players ages 6 to 16 for all weight divisions including unlimited from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays at Magruder Park. Mini-camps are held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The club also seeks head coaches and assistant coaches. The Laurel-based Mustang Soccer Program is looking for boys and girls ages 3 to 13. The girls' U-9 and U-13 travel teams and the boys' U-11 and U-12 travel teams are holding tryouts. Registration also is under way for the Mini Kicks program for ages 3 to 7. Mini Kicks practices and games are played at Brock Bridge Elementary School and Maryland City Elementary School. The Washington District Football Officials Association is seeking game officials for the season. No experience is required. The WDFOA provides officials for high school games in Prince George's, Calvert, Charles, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Queen Anne's and St. Mary's counties in Maryland, the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference and public schools in the District.
