Dr. Terrence Sheehan of Rockville, chief medical officer at Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital of Maryland in Rockville, was named medical director for the Amputee Coalition of America. DiamondRock Hospitality of Bethesda promoted Sean M. Mahoney to executive vice president, CFO and treasurer, succeeding Mark W. Brugger, who was promoted to CEO. Mahoney has been the company's chief accounting officer and corporate controller since it formed in 2004. Previously, he was a senior manager with Ernst & Young and also worked for KPMG and Arthur Andersen. DiamondRock also promoted Briony Quinn from assistant controller to corporate controller. Previously, Quinn was vice president of finance and accounting at MeriStar Hospitality and also worked for Arthur Andersen and Beers + Cutler. Prince George's Lockheed Martin promoted Sonya Stewart to vice president of performance excellence at its Enterprise Solutions & Services business unit in Seabrook. Previously, Stewart was corporate vice president for workforce diversity management. She is an Air Force veteran. State Whiteford, Taylor & Preston of Baltimore named Chad J.
