Pittinger, Levine hold nuptials

Susan Marie Pittinger and Matthew Ryan Levine were married May 19 at the Bolger Center in Potomac. Rabbi Gary Fink and Rabbi Douglas Heifetz officiated. Charles Bernhardt was the cantor. The reception was held at the Bolger Center.

The bride is the daughter of Beverly and Charles B. Pittinger, Jr. of Finksburg. The groom’s parents are Marla and Barry Levine of North Potomac.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Jenifer Sirkis served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Katherine Pennington, Rachaell Hogue, Kari Rea, Erin Randall and Krista Lee.

Scott Levine, the groom’s brother, served as best man. Groomsmen were Michael Curtis, Robert Chumley, Neil Narcisenfeld and Jeffrey Levine, the groom’s brother, and Charles Pittinger III, the bride’s brother.

The bride earned a degree in chemical engineering from University of Maryland, College Park in 2001. A 2006 graduate of the University of Baltimore Law School, she is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and is employed with the FDA in Rockville.

The groom is a 1999 graduate of Quince Orchard High School and earned a degree in computer science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2004. He is employed at L-3 Communications in Annapolis Junction.

After a honeymoon to Italy, Turkey and Greece, the newlyweds live in Columbia.
