At the intersection of sport, performance, capability and utility sits the 2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali SUV. Bringing new levels of refinement and capability to the full-sized SUV segment, the luxury SUV is based on GM’s all-new sophisticated GMT900 truck architecture.

Specific features and equipment to the 2007 Yukon XL Denali include: bold Denali-specific chrome grille and chrome exterior accents, standard 18-inch polished aluminum wheels with available 20-inch chrome aluminum wheels, standard all-wheel drive and Z55 Autoride suspension system with real-time damping, nuance leather-covered seating with heated first and second row seats and an available heated steering wheel.

The 2007 XL Denali is powered by an all-new, model-exclusive 6.2L V8, one variant of the family of the fourth generation legendary GM small-block V8 prime movers that originally debuted in 1955.

On the road, the XL Denali’s powerfully refined drivetrain is fluid, seamless, strong and very manageable at speed. The large SUV feels more like a sophisticated luxury sedan than a truckish SUV. The luxury SUV rides on a platform, featuring a fully boxed perimeter-type frame that provides an extremely solid foundation. The hydroformed frame has three distinct sections or bays -– with specific strength and support characteristics.

Roomy, spacious and very user friendly, the Yukon XL Denali features a ‘‘finished” interior that does not have any exposed metal hardware or latches. Flush-mounted accessories and controls create the look of a single unit, rather than components stacked together. The Denali is lavishly equipped more like a luxury sedan than an SUV – with a long list of standard upscale features and amenities.

Standard three-row seating adds to the flexibility of hauling people and⁄or cargo. The rear hatch features a rear liftgate that permits either window or full hatch access.
