Helen A. Oglesby, 92, of Derwood died July 31, 2008.

Born Sept. 18, 1915, in Rochester, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Ralph F. and Ellen McKissock Westfall.

She was the wife of the late Francis H. Milligan, who died in 1969, and the wife of Richard W. Oglesby for 30 years.

Mrs. Oglesby was a secretary at Eastman Kodak and Perkins Swim Club in Rochester, N.Y. Her hobbies included counted cross-stitching.

Survivors include six children, Francis Milligan and wife Alrun of Pigeon, Mich., Stuart Milligan of Rochester, Cecil Milligan and wife Jean of Rochester, Wesley Milligan and wife Janet of Rochester, Mae Dillon and husband David of Derwood, and Carl Milligan and wife Evie of Centerville, Va.; three sisters, Margaret J. Ritchie of Cornelius, N.C., Lillian Stoppe of Sun City, Ariz., and Grace Bunce of Cupertino, Calif.; four brothers, Ralph Westfall of Thousand Palms, Calif., Robert Westfall and David Westfall, both of Rochester, and Cecil Westfall of Ouray, Colo.; 20 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Mona Trezise of Rochester.

Viewing was held at Miller Funeral Home in Rochester. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery in Penfield, N.Y.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Cornerstone Bible Church in Rochester.
