What are the biggest challenges facing the probate court system and how would you address them?
Keeping up with and taking advantage of advances in technology. I would like the probate court system to give attorneys and personal representatives the option to use the internet and e-mail to submit documents. This would be helpful particularly with personal representatives who live out of state. The attorneys’ need to mail paperwork back and forth to personal representatives would be eliminated. Ideally, this saves time and money.
