Diane Hall Whitby of Bowie and Timothy L. Whitby of Willow Grove, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Halimah Suad Whitby to Tyrone Neal II, son of Tyrone Neal Sr. and Patricia Neal of Landover.
Whitby is an account executive and Neal is a bus operator. The New Carrollton couple plans a fall wedding.
