The following is a summary of incidents to which Rockville City Police responded during the past few weeks. The words "arrested" and "charged" do not imply guilt.
Illegal Drug Arrests
-June 9, 10:07 p.m., Tymofiy Vasko, 21, and Isandai A. Alvarez-Barba, 21, both of North Potomac, were arrested for possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) and possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia following a complaint in the unit block of Balmoral Court.
-June 18, 10:37 a.m., Richard Campbell, 32, of Charlestown, W.Va., was arrested for possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) following a complaint in the 14600 block of Rothgeb Drive.
-June 18, 9:12 p.m., male juvenile, 17, of Rockville was arrested for possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) following a complaint in the 600 block of Maryland Avenue. The juvenile was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released to the custody of his guardian.
-June 21, 1:50 a.m., Jeffrey Alan Fitzpatrick Jr., 21, of Gaithersburg was arrested for Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of Lakeside Overlook and New Mark Esplanade. He was issued a criminal citation and released.
Weapons Arrests
-June 11, 7:42 p.m., Jonathan Charkas, 24, of Rockville was arrested for possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia and Ricardo Martinez, 24, of New York was arrested for possession of a dangerous weapon (handgun) following a traffic stop in the 400 block of East Jefferson St. Charkas was issued a criminal citation and released. Martinez was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
-June 14, 2:56 a.m., Leonor Kirksey, 42, of Rockville was arrested for possession of a concealed dangerous weapon (cast iron poker) following a traffic stop at the intersection of Crocus and Blossom drives.
Assault Arrests
-June 9, 5:15 a.m., Rickey Ricardo Coletrane, 46, of Rockville was arrested for first-degree and second-degree domestic assault and reckless endangerment following a complaint in the 1200 block of Clagett Drive.
-June 20, 1:40 a.m., Khyale Timothy Earl, 28, of Rockville was arrested for second-degree assault following a complaint in the unit block of Maryland Avenue.
Theft Arrests
-June 8, 9:24 a.m., Manuel DeJesus Guerrero, 33, of no fixed address, was arrested for shoplifting following a complaint in the 1900 block of Veirs Mill Road.
-June 19, 8:29 p.m., Damelle Antwain Morgan, 27, of Rockville was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft following a complaint in the 500 block of Denham Road.
Burglary Arrest
-June 13, 2:36 p.m., Jacob Antonio Saucedo, 19, of Silver Spring was arrested for second-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property following a complaint in the 5900 block of Ridgeway Ave.
DUI Arrests
-June 16, 1:20 a.m., Conrad Gordon Moe, 22, of Rockville was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic accident at the intersection of Grandin Avenue and Clagett Drive.
-June 21, 7:19 a.m., Sharon Sue Carey, 61, of Rockville was arrested for driving under the influence (drugs) following a traffic accident at the intersection of West Montgomery Avenue and Williams Street.

-June 10, 2:05 p.m., Heyuong Kim An, 43, of Rockville was arrested for violating a peace order following a complaint in the 300 block of Broadwood Drive.
Thefts
-June 8, between 4 and 4:20 p.m., in the 300 block of Martins Lane, unknown suspect(s) removed a cell phone from a play area at a park.
-June 8, 5:35 p.m., in the 700 block of Rockville Pike, unknown suspect(s) removed several containers of moisturizers from a retail store.
-Between June 9 and 10, in the 1400 block of Bradley Ave., unknown suspect(s) removed a tire and rim from an unattended vehicle.
-June 9, between 6 and 6:40 p.m., in the 800 block of King Farm Blvd., unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop computer from an unsecured office.
-Between June 9 and 10, in the 1400 block of Bradley Ave., unknown suspect(s) removed a tire and rim from an unattended vehicle.
-Between June 9 and 10, 16000 block of Shady Grove Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system from an unlocked vehicle.
-June 11, between 1 and 6:30 a.m., in the 200 block of Broadwood Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed an unattended landscaping trailer with two lawn mowers, a shovel and a rake from a residential street.
-Between June 10 and 17, 5700 block of Denfield Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a computer notebook and a painting from a bedroom at a residence.
-Between June 15 and 16, 200 block of Ritchie Parkway, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system, an iPod, several CDs and a prescription from an unsecured vehicle.
-June 16, between 9:30 a.m. and 1:10 p.m., unit block of Mannakee Street, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system from an unsecured vehicle.
-Between June 16 and 17, 500 block of College Parkway, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system from an unattended vehicle.
-Between June 16 and 17, 400 block of College Parkway, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system and a backpack from an unattended vehicle.
-Between June 16 and 17, 1800 block of Yale Place, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system, a briefcase and a Leatherman tool from an unattended vehicle.
-Between June 16 and 17, 100 block of King Farm Boulevard, unknown suspect(s) removed two GPS systems, money and a check book from two unattended vehicles in a parking garage.
-June 17, 5:20 p.m., 100 block of Gibbs Street, unknown suspect(s) removed money and jewelry from a retail store.
-June 18, between 12:01 and 8:55 a.m., 1100 block of Reserve Champion Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system from an unattended vehicle.
-June 18, between 3:50 and 4:08 a.m., 1100 block of Reserve Champion Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system with window mount from an attended vehicle.
-Between June 18 and 19, 100 block of Elmcroft Court, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system from an unattended vehicle.
-Between June 18 and 19, unit block of Elmcroft Court, unknown suspect(s) removed a rifle, a pair of designer sunglasses, a bow arrow, a stereo faceplate, an amplifier and two subwoofers from an unattended vehicle.
-June 20, between 4:59 and 5:15 a.m., 400 block of Hungerford Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a refrigerator from behind a grocery store.
-June 21, 1:30 p.m., 14900 block of Shady Grove Road, unknown suspect(s) removed several packages of meat and seafood from a grocery store.
Burglaries
-Between June 6 and 8, in the unit block of Nelson Street, unknown suspect(s) gained access by lifting a sliding glass door off the tracks of a residence. Nothing was taken.
-June 15, between 1:15 and 2:20 p.m., 500 block of Bickford Avenue, unknown suspect(s) gained access by removing an air conditioning unit from a window of a residence and removed a safe containing paperwork.
-June 18, 5:58 p.m., unit block of North Washington Street, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means to an office suite and removed a laptop computer and a projector.
