Vogan Associates, a full-service design-build company serving out of Silver Spring, recently announced that they are now a Green AdvantageÆ Certified Remodeler. This means that Vogan Associates is now part of a world-wide campaign designated to producing energy-efficient buildings and homes. Vogan Associates has been in the design-build business for more than 20 years, during which they have gained a notable reputation in the field of residential remodeling and light commercial.

Vogan Associates received their certification from Green AdvantageÆ after a series of tests that proved they had complete understanding and mastery of "green building". Not all remodelers are awarded with such a prominent award. Green AdvantageÆ was picked by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency "to develop and deliver a training and Certification program for building-related professionals." Their main goal is to enable builders with the information to make more energy efficient building designs.
