The Prince George’s County Council meets on Tuesdays, usually beginning at 10 a.m. at the Council Hearing Room, County Administration Building, 14741 Gov. Oden Bowie Drive in Upper Marlboro.
The County Council also meets as the District Council to review planning and zoning decisions every Monday, usually beginning at 10 a.m.
The county executive and nine council members are elected to four-year terms. The next election will be in 2010. The county executive and council members cannot serve more than two consecutive termsbecause of term limits.
