The following is a summary of incidents in the upcounty to which the Montgomery County Police responded recently. The words "arrested" and "charged" do not imply guilt.

Aggravated assault

- On May 22 at 9:58 p.m., in the 20300 block of Thunderhead Way in Germantown. Domestic related, suspect arrested at the scene.

- On May 24 between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m., in the 13700 block of Lark Song Drive in Germantown. Domestic related, suspect arrested at the scene.

- On May 22 at 1 a.m., off Whites Ferry Road in Poolesville. Domestic related, no further details are available.

Strong-arm robbery

- On May 20 at 1:06 a.m., at Hard Times Café, 13032 Middlebrook Road in Germantown. The victim, an adult female, exited the bar and was attacked by the four male suspects. The suspects took her purse.

Vehicle larceny

- 26000 block of Brigadier Place in Damascus, at 11:30 p.m. on May 25. A neighbor saw the male suspect break the victim's vehicle window and remove a GPS unit. Suspect fled the scene on foot.

- 19300 block of Circlegate Drive in Germantown, between 11 p.m. on May 22 and 6 a.m. on May 23. Broke window, GPS taken.

- Golf Course Drive and Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown, between 6:30 p.m. on May 22 and 5:30 a.m. on May 23. Broke window, XM radio taken.

- 19300 block of Circlegate Drive in Germantown, between 9 p.m. on May 22 and 12:30 a.m. on May 23. Broke window, GPS unit taken.

- 12800 block of Kitchen House Way in Germantown, between 1:30 p.m. on May 20 and 5:20 a.m. on May 21. Broke window, GPS taken.

- 13100 block of Dairymaid Drive in Germantown, between 7:45 p.m. on May 20 and 9:30 a.m. on May 21. Broke window, clothing taken.

- 18000 block of Chalet Drive in Germantown, between 10 p.m. on May 20 and 3 p.m. on May 21. Front flood lights taken from a 2009 Nissan Altima.

- 13400 block of Accent Way in Germantown, between 4:30 p.m. on May 22 and 7:30 a.m. on May 23. Broke window, GPS taken.

- 13600 block of Crusader Way in Germantown, between 4:30 p.m. on May 22 and 7:30 a.m. on May 23. Broke window, GPS holder taken.

- 13500 block of Giant Court in Germantown, between 4:30 p.m. on May 22 and 7:30 a.m. on May 23. Broke window, GPS, DVD player, CDs taken.

Residential burglary

- 13000 block of Clarksburg Road in Clarksburg, at 9:35 p.m. on May 18. A dispute led to the suspect trying to force entry into the property. No entry was gained and the suspect fled prior to police arrival. The suspect was described as a black male, 6 feet tall, 185 pounds. The suspect vehicle was described as a white 4-door 2000 Nissan Maxima.

- 10800 block of Brink Road in Gaithersburg, between 6:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on May 19. Forced entry, property taken.

- 25100 block of Brink Road in Clarksburg, between 8 a.m. and 8:45 p.m. on May 19. Forced entry, property taken.

- 11700 block of Zebrawood Court in Germantown, between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. on May 20. No forced entry, property taken.

- 21000 block of Archstone Way in Germantown, between 12:01 a.m. and 5 p.m. on May 24. Forced entry, property taken.

- 19400 block of Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown, between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. on May 18. Forced entry, nothing taken.

- 19900 block of Sweetgum Circle in Germantown, at 4 a.m. on May 23. Domestic related, suspect arrested at the scene.
