Police Report

The following is a summary of incidents in the upcounty to which the Montgomery County Police responded recently. The words ‘‘arrested” and ‘‘charged” do not imply guilt.

Indecent exposure

*On April 25 at 4:20 p.m. in the parking lot of Wal-Mart, 20910 Frederick Road in Germantown. The victim was exiting her vehicle when she noticed the defendant sitting in his vehicle with his pants down, exposing himself. The victim contacted Montgomery County Police and the defendant was arrested on scene.

Theft

*23100 block of Frederick Road in Germantown, overnight between April 24 and April 25. Supplies were taken from a construction site.

*23300 block of Robin Song Road in Germantown, between April 25 and April 29. Copper items were taken from construction site.

*11700 block of Skylark Road in Clarksburg, between April 26 and April 28. Supplies and copper items were taken from a construction site.

Vehicle theft

*18600 block of Winding Creek Place in Clarksburg, between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. on April 25. A Suzuki motorcycle was reported stolen.

*Unit block of Sky Blue Court in Clarksburg, between 5:17 a.m. and 5:22 a.m. on April 27. The victim saw suspects at his motorcycle after his motorcycle alarm went off. The suspects fled in a silver Dodge Caravan. The two suspects were described as black males, 20-29.

Vehicle larceny

*18800 block of Bent Willow Circle in Germantown, overnight between April 23 and April 24. Two airbags stolen from a 1988 Honda Accord.

*Wisteria Drive and Great Seneca Highway in Germantown, overnight between April 23 and April 24. Two airbags and property stolen from a 2005 Honda Civic.

*Rio Sport & Fitness, 9811 Washingtonian Blvd., Gaithersburg, at approximately 1:30 p.m. on April 25. A female suspect stole keys from a locker. The suspect found the victim’s vehicle and stole her purse. The victim realized her keys were missing and saw the suspect in her car. The suspect fled in a car driven by a male after dropping the purse. Suspect No. 1 was described as a white female, 20-24, 5 feet 2 inches to 5 feet 3 inches tall, 150-160 pounds, long black hair. Suspect No. 2, the driver, was described only as male. The suspect vehicle was described as a silver 2005 Honda with Virginia tags.

Commercial burglary

*Cedar Grove Beer and Wine store, 23412 Ridge Road in Germantown, between 12:27 a.m. and 1 a.m. on April 30. Forced entry, property taken.

Residential burglary

*21500 block of Fox Field Circle in Germantown, between 6:47 a.m. and 3:40 p.m. on April 24. Unknown entry, property taken.

*19500 block of Frederick Road in Germantown overnight between April 26 and April 27. No forced entry, property taken.

*6500 block of Garden Grove Way in Damascus, between 12:15 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. on April 24. No forced entry. The suspect(s) entered two unlocked vehicles, which were parked in the garage. Property taken from the vehicles.

*18001 Wheatridge Drive in Germantown, between April 23 and April 26. Forced entry, nothing taken.
