City Police Report

The following is a summary of incidents to which Rockville City Police responded during the past few weeks. The words ‘‘arrested” and ‘‘charged” do not imply guilt.

Illegal Drug Arrests

*April 25, 7:23 p.m., Jonathan Lewis Grey, 18, of Rockville was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (hydrocodone and effexor) following a complaint in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road.

*April 29, 1:01 a.m., Tjuan Oliver, 29, of Fort Washington was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) and alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia following a complaint in the 1200 block of First Street.

*April 30, 10 to 10:30 p.m., Daniel Perez Moreno Coelho, 19; male juvenile, 16; and male juvenile, 17, all of Rockville; and male juvenile, 16, of Silver Spring, were arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana). The three juveniles were also charged with possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Denham Road. The juveniles were transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released to the custody of family members. Coelho was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

*May 1, 7:10 p.m., Gregory Twyman, 40, of no fixed address, was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (amphetamines) following a complaint in the 1100 block of Taft Street.

*May 3, 12:45 to 2 a.m., male juvenile, 17, of Rockville, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence; and a male juvenile, 13, and a male juvenile, 17, both of Rockville, were charged with possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) following a disorderly complaint in the 400 block of Congressional Lane. All three juveniles were transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released to the custody of their parents.

*May 3, 8:19 p.m., Curtis Markeith Johnson, 36, and Alex Kwesi Owusu, 35, both of no fixed address, were arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) following a complaint in the 200 block of North Washington Street.

Assault Arrests

*April 28, 10 a.m., Khashaiar Behbahani, 64, of Rockville was arrested for alleged second-degree assault following a complaint in the 200 block of Congressional Lane.

*May 3, 12:22 p.m., Scott Phelps, 37, of Rockville was arrested for alleged second-degree domestic assault following a complaint in the 9400 block of Blackwell Road.

Robbery Arrests

*April 29, male juvenile, 14, and male juvenile, 15, both of Silver Spring, were charged with strong-arm robbery and second-degree assault following an incident April 8 in the 200 block of New Mark Esplanade. Both juveniles were processed at the Rockville City Police Department and released to the custody of their mother.

*April 29, 10:12 p.m., Keno Kwame Papius, 18, of Wheaton; Shaunte Mitchell Baker, 22, of Rockville; Lamar Dominique McRoy, 18, and a male juvenile, 17, both of Gaithersburg, were arrested for alleged strong arm robbery and alleged second-degree assault following a complaint at the intersection of Ardennes and Aleutian avenues. During the course of the investigation, Baker was additionally charged with possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana). The adults were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing. The juvenile was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released to the custody of his brother.

Burglary Arrests

*April 29, 6:15 a.m. to 4 p.m., Traci Marnette Lewis, 44, of no fixed address, was arrested for alleged first-degree burglary and alleged theft following a complaint in the unit block of Research Court.

*May 1, 6:30 to 6:59 a.m., Alexis Rodriguez, 28; Antonio Cornejo, 38; Jose Orellana, 37; Maria Quila, 48; William A. Bareto, 51; Rejnaldo Hernandez, 29; Misael Garcia, 34; Hector M. Rodriguez, 26, all of no fixed address, were arrested for alleged fourth-degree burglary, alleged trespassing and alleged malicious destruction of property following a complaint in the 2000 block of Baltimore Road.

Other Arrests

*May 1, 3:20 p.m., Shomari Salim Daley, 26, of Gaithersburg was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 2000 block of Baltimore Road.

*May 2, 9:10 p.m., male juvenile, 16, of Rockville was arrested for alleged possession of alcohol by a minor following a complaint in the 300 block of Martins Lane. The juvenile was issued a civil citation and released to the custody of his father.

*May 4, 2:30 to 3:30 a.m., Dominic Michael Noland, 26, of Germantown was arrested for alleged obstruction of a police investigation following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Fleet Street.

Thefts

*Between April 26 and 27, 1700 block of Westmore Road, unknown suspect(s) removed four tires and rims from a retail store.

*April 28, 10 to 10:45 a.m., 200 block of Richard Montgomery Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a cell phone from a bookbag in a classroom.

*Between April 28 and 29, 700 block of Monroe Street, unknown suspect(s) removed an AM⁄FM⁄DVD⁄TV player and money from an unattended vehicle.

*Between April 30 and May 1, 700 block of Mapleton Road, unknown suspect(s) removed two digital cameras, a camera bag and a purse from a locked unattended vehicle.
