DEALS
Infoblox of Santa Clara, Calif., acquired privately held Netcordia of Annapolis. Both companies provide network services.
Grace Construction Products, an operating segment of W.R. Grace of Columbia, formed a joint venture, Grace Saudi Arabia LLC, with Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons of Saudi Arabia. The venture plans to open two manufacturing facilities, in Dammam and Jeddah, this year.
Montagu Newhall Associates of Owings Mills, a venture investment firm, changed its name to Greenspring Associates.
FleetPride of The Woodlands, Texas, an aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, opened its 10th location in Maryland, a new 9,000-square-foot facility in Salisbury.
PROPERTY
Chesapeake Lodging Trust of Annapolis is acquiring the 188-room Hilton Checkers Los Angeles and 153-room Courtyard Anaheim (Calif.) at Disneyland Resort for $71 million.
