Rosanna and Roger Rudder Jr. of Brentwood became the parents of sons, Roger, Duane and Judah at 11:43 a.m. April 7 at Holy Cross Hospital. Roger weighed in at 5 pounds, 2 ounces and was 18.5 inches long; and Duane and Judah both weighed 4 pounds 14 ounces and were both 18 inches long. They also have a six-year-old daughter named Esa. Councilman Roger Rudder and Jacqueline Rudder of Brentwood are the grandparents.
