Members of the Sportsplex Men's Junior Olympics Gymnastics Team won honors at the Region VII Level 5 Regional Championships at Parkettes National Gymnastics Training Center in Allentown, Pa.
Christian Gray was named vault regional champion by winning first place in the 8-year-old division, while Jesse Parham was named regional champion in the 7-year-old division. Miles Walker took the regional championships in floor and rings and took second in the vault and third in the all-around.
Chelsea Knight-Taliaferro participated in the Level 8 and 9 Maryland State Championships. She became the Maryland State Champion on the vault and balance beam. She also finished third in the all-around and earned a spot in the Region VII Championships in April.
