Patterson, Discavage tie the knot

Christina Patterson and John Discavage were married Dec. 1, 2007, at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Frederick. A dinner reception followed the ceremony at PB Dye Golf Club in Ijamsville.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Patterson of Meadville, Pa. She was attended by maid of honor Cassandra Wilson, Katherine Discavage, Christine Monclova, Azusa Okitsuka, Fawn Patterson, Lucy Patterson, Sabrina Patterson and Jessica Roberson. Angelina Mendez was the flower girl.

The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Leon Discavage of Rockville. He was attended by best man Michael Discavage, Mark Bysted, Anthony Cavanaugh, Mark Clements, Reed Libby and Andrew O’Connell. Logan Patterson served as the ring bearer.

The new Mrs. Discavage holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in applied media arts from Edinboro University. She is employed by the Office of the State’s Attorney, Frederick.

Mr. Discavage earned a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton while externing for The Honorable Walter Rice of the Federal District Court of Ohio. He has a law practice in Frederick where the couple now resides.
