Upper Marlboro resident Sandra Walia, the research librarian for the James O. Hall Research Center of the Surratt House Museum in Clinton, will wear a replica dress of Madame Elizabeth Keckley, seamstress for Mary Todd Lincoln, during the program "Threads of Time: Profiles of African American Seamstresses" in honor of Black History Month at the Surratt House Museum at 2 p.m. Sunday.
