Jan. 17

500 block of Main Street. A catalytic converter was stolen from a parked truck.

Jan. 19

14100 block of Baltimore Avenue. Sidekick LX cell phone stolen from T-Mobile Store by a black male.

Jan. 21

9300 block of Spring House Lane. Four X Racing lug nut caps stolen from a parked car by a black male who fled in a silver Toyota Camry.

Jan. 22

1000 block of Fairlawn Avenue. Wallet stolen from a purse while the victim was shopping at Giant Food in the Laurel Shopping Center.

Jan. 23

Unit block of Washington Boulevard. Four tires and rims stolen from a parked car on a car dealership parking lot.

14200 block of Laurel Park Drive. Currency stolen from a wallet while the victim was admitted into Laurel Regional Hospital.

9300 block of Creekview Drive. Springfield Armory 1911 handgun stolen or lost during the owner moving from Howard County to Laurel.

300 block of Montrose Avenue. Magellan Road Mate 4099 GPS system stolen from a parked truck.

14600 block of Laurel Bowie Road. Car stereo stolen from a parked car.

300 block of Domer Avenue. Bottle of liquor stolen from a display by a white male wearing a black jacket and blue hat.

7700 block of Old Sandy Spring Road. Gray 2007 Ford Expedition SUV, four doors with Maryland tags 449M377.

Jan. 24

14700 block of Baltimore Avenue. Silver 2007 Hyundai Elantra Sun, four doors with New Hampshire tags 1665544.

Jan. 26

14700 block of 4th Street. Silver 2003 Mitsubishi Galant, four door with Virginia tag BooCQT.

7600 block of East Arbory Court. White 1994 Chrysler LHS, four door with Maryland tags 6BSM50.


Jan. 25

900 block of 7th Street. Entry gained through a door. A Toshiba flat screen television and a Sony entertainment system were taken.

7200 block of Carriage Hill Road. Attempted burglary. Someone attempted to gained entry into the home through four windows.


Jan. 19

9 p.m., 7800 block of Spinnaker Road. A Laurel man reported to police that as he was getting items out of his vehicle, a young male who displayed a handgun approached him. The suspect demanded the victim’s backpack, wallet, passport and bags. Two other suspects assisted the first suspect in removing the items. The suspects were last seen going towards Harvest Bend Lane. The victim was not injured. The suspects are described as follows: All black males, the suspect with the handgun is 5’9”, 150 pounds wearing gray hooded jacket with white trim, unshaven and was carrying a dark colored handgun. The other two suspects were wearing dark clothing.
