Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counsel for the Elderly (TCE) are tax preparation services available for anyone with an income of less than $40,000 and to the elderly. Appointments are required at all locations. No walk-ins. Free. Programs run Feb. 4 through April 9.
