The Artists’ Gallery to host show at Delaplaine

The Artists’ Gallery of downtown Frederick will step outside its walls as it showcases new work from gallery members during ‘‘Multiple Personalities,” from Feb. 2-24 at the Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center, 40 S. Carroll St., Frederick.

The exhibit, which features work from over 20 member artists in various media, will open with a reception from 3-5 p.m. Saturday at the Delaplaine.

The Artists’ Gallery, founded in 1990, currently has over 20 members and this exhibit highlights both their broad range of styles and their range of media. It allows the viewer to get an idea of not only the different ways artists express their outlook on the world, but of how many methods and styles can be employed to reach vastly different outcomes.

Feature artists for the show include Palma Allen, Janet Belich, Joy Boudreaux, Lesa Cook, Steven Dobbin, Nina Chung Dwyer, James Germaux, Christine Hahn, Linda Agar-Hendrix , Phyllis Jacobs, Regina Kaiktsian, Jan McIntyre-Lamb, Craig Leonardi, Johan Lowie, Christina Lund, Nancy McLoughlin, Joanna Morrison, Doug Moulden, Diane Santarella, Robert Sibbison, Irina Smulevitch, Shelly Stevens, Chris Stovall and Washington White.
