City Police Report

The following is a summary of incidents to which Rockville City Police responded during the past few weeks. The words ‘‘arrested” and ‘‘charged” do not imply guilt.

Illegal Drug Arrests

*Dec. 24, between 7:40 and 8 p.m., Carlos A. Flores Guifarro, 22, of Gaithersburg was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana), alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia and allegedly driving under the influence following a suspicious person complaint in the 1800 block of Greenplace Terrace.

*Dec. 27, 1:15, William Ivan Flores-Lizama, 18, of Gaithersburg was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (synthetic narcotic) following a traffic violation stop at the intersection of West Gude Drive and Frederick Road. He was issued a traffic citation and transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

*Dec. 27, 8:37, Michael Andre Gaunt, 23, of Rockville was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) and for an outstanding warrant through Montgomery County Police following a traffic violation stop in the 300 block of West Montgomery Avenue.

Assault Arrests

*Dec. 24, 12:07 p.m., Edgar Fernando Guzman, 46, of Rockville was arrested for alleged domestic assault following a complaint in the 1200 block of Broadwood Drive.

*Dec. 24, between 8:55 and 9:20 p.m., Craig Michael Rickets, 40, of Frederick was arrested for alleged second-degree domestic assault following a complaint in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

*Dec. 30, 11:40 p.m., Parvinder Singh, 40, of Rockville was arrested for alleged domestic assault following a complaint in the 1500 block of Templeton Place.

Auto Theft Arrests

*Dec. 23, 7 p.m., male juvenile, 15, of Silver Spring was arrested for alleged auto theft, alleged theft, alleged unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and several alleged traffic citations following incidents on Dec. 16 in Silver Spring and Rockville. The juvenile was processed at the Rockville City Police Department and released to the custody of his parents.

DUI Arrests

*Dec. 24, 2:05 a.m., Colin Daniel Ball, 18, of Rockville was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Clagett and Crawford drives.

*Dec. 25, 1:06 a.m., Kaitlyn Rose Smith, 19, of Derwood was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 15500 block of Frederick Road.

*Dec. 25, 1:58 a.m., Santos Ordonez Gutierrez, 32, of Adelphi was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Veirs Mill Road and Twinbrook Parkway.

*Dec. 25, 11:55 p.m., Donna May Page, 36, of Germantown was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Veirs Mill Road and Gail Avenue.

*Dec. 28, between 10:20 and 10:50 p.m., Anne Teresa Nicholson, 45, of Rockville was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a hit-and-run accident at the intersection of Crawford Drive and Atlantic Avenue.

Other Arrests

*Dec. 25, between 3:35 and 4 a.m., Saul Alexander Lemo, 29, of no fixed address, was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 2100 block of Veirs Mill Road.

*Dec. 26, 9 p.m., Rogelio A. Cornejo, 34, of no fixed address, was arrested for alleged fraudulent government identification cards and Jose Giron, 45, of no fixed address, was arrested for allegedly urinating in public following a complaint in the 5800 block of Vandegrift Avenue.

Thefts

*Between Sept. 9 and Dec. 1, unit block of Rockcrest Circle, unknown suspect(s) removed a coat, a video game console and several video games from a residence.

*Between Dec. 15 and 29, 1200 block of Crawford Drive, unknown suspect(s) attempted to removed an AC unit from a residence.

*Dec. 20, between 6:04 and 8 p.m., 1500 block of Kimblewick Road, unknown suspect(s) removed two home theater controllers from a residence.

*Between Dec. 20 and 21, unit block of Maryland Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed a wallet containing a driver’s license, a business card and money from a customer’s jacket at a restaurant.

*Between Dec. 23 and 24, 2000 block of Baltimore Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a car DVD stereo player from an unattended vehicle.

*Dec. 26, between 10 and 11 a.m., 1700 block of Yale Place, unknown suspect(s) removed two floor polishing machines from a school.

*Dec. 26, between noon and 12:14 p.m., 1600 block of Rockville Pike, unknown suspect(s) removed clothing from a retail store.

*Between Dec. 28 and 29, 200 block of Blaze Climber Way, unknown suspect(s) removed a satellite radio from an unattended vehicle.

Burglaries

*Between Dec. 21 and 22, 700 block of Carr Avenue, residential, unknown suspect(s) attempted to gained access by prying a door level of a residence. No entry was made.

*Between Dec. 24 and 25, 300 block of Congressional Lane, residential, unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain access by prying the screens on an apartment. No entry was made.
