In the fall 2006, Prince George's County residents will elect members of the school board, replacing the current, appointed board. Citizens for an Elected Board (CEB), and Dr. Ronald Walters of the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership at the University of Maryland, will sponsor the 2006 Prince George's County Public Education Symposium and School Board Candidate Training, Jan. 6 and 7 at the University of Maryland-College Park campus.
