U.S. Rep. C.A. "Dutch" Ruppersberger

There is a strong sense that being on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence is not what the former Baltimore County executive wants to do forever. He considered running for governor in 2002 and was coaxed into running for Ehrlich’s old congressional seat, but Ruppersberger will be part of the gubernatorial conversation for 2010 if Ehrlich wins re-election.
