He could be the feel-good story of 2010 if he gets the depression that forced him out of this year’s governor’s race under control. If Ehrlich wins, Duncan’s in the mix. If O’Malley wins, probably not. He may have to sit out the 2010 cycle, but Duncan’s young enough and connected enough that he’ll always be in the conversation.
