Calvert Empty Bowl Supper fills up on donations

To gauge the success of the fundraiser, Project ECHO Director Trisha Gipson counts how many gallons of soup are left over (this year, just 7 of 100) at the end of the annual Empty Bowl Supper, which was held April 5 at the St. John Vianney Family Life Center. Michael Martin, a potter who leads a charge of other adult potters to craft bowls to distribute during the event, looks at how many remain after everyone has gone home.
