Ronnie Talbott would do just about anything for his twin daughters, including spending dozens of hours in between his roofing job and volunteering for a St. Mary’s nonprofit to build a railroad. The Mechanicsville father bought a model train for daughter Courtney, who has cerebral palsy, but she had trouble with the controls and with putting the cars back on the track.
