Olney’s own Santa — aka Steve Schreurs — has made arrangements to send letters to children from Santa Claus at the North Pole.

He can send a general letter or a very specific letter depending on the information provided. The child’s name, return address and whether it is going to a boy or girl are required. Other information may include the child’s age, accomplishments, desired gift that the child will receive, hometown, name of friend, your relationship to the child, and whether you should be mentioned in the letter.

For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, Schreurs needs the information by Dec. 7 so he can get the letters to the North Pole.

Donations are welcome, but are not required. Schreurs, often seen in his red Santa suit, regularly raises funds for charities including the Susan G. Komen 3-Day, Fisher House Foundation, City Choir of Washington and Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults.
