A fire in Gaithersburg left 20 people without their belongings Tuesday morning, but no one was harmed, authorities said.
The blaze tore through a garden-style apartment on Spiceberry Circle in Gaithersburg. According to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service Assistant Chief Scott Graham, firefighters were battling the blaze shortly after midnight on Tuesday morning.
Firefighters had the fire under control in about 25 minutes, he said.
