Previously held at the Sandy Spring Museum on Saturdays, the Olney Crafts and Antiques Market has joined forces with the Olney Farmers and Artists Market, and will now be held Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the rest of the season.
The markets feature locally grown produce, food vendors, antiques, handmade clocks, clothing, jewelry, vintage items and other crafts.
“We are excited to be at the same location where the Olney Farmers and Artists Market has enjoyed eight successful years,” said Laurie Werner, craft market manager. “There’s no doubt this is of mutual benefit. The farmers market enjoys established, loyal patrons and the Olney Crafts and Antiques Market will bring our more recent customers to the farmers market. It’s a win-win.”
The market is held on the grounds of the MedStar Montgomery Medical Center Thrift Shop, at the intersection of Md. 108 and Prince Phillip Drive. For more information go to www.olneycraftsmarket.com or www.olneyfarmersmarket.org.
